Paserene Rosie 2025 is a fresh and expressive rosé with a delicate salmon-pink hue and a beautifully vibrant character.

Crafted from Syrah and Chardonnay sourced from the Western Cape, this rosé balances fruity intensity with crisp acidity and a silky texture. Notes of strawberry, watermelon, citrus, and soft confectionery detail make it bright, elegant, and wonderfully easy to enjoy.

Aromatics

Crushed pomegranate, strawberries, watermelon, cotton candy, candy floss, grapefruit, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes.

The nose is bright and playful, showing juicy red fruit, gentle sweetness, and a refreshing citrus lift.
Winemaking

The grapes were gently pressed after harvest to allow minimal skin contact, giving the wine its delicate salmon-pink colour.

Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, purity, and fruit expression. The wine was aged for one year, followed by an additional four months in bottle before release.

The result is a lively and elegant rosé with layered fruit, floral charm, and a crisp, lingering finish.
