Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

International Shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive this within 2 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Age Verification & Restrictions

  • Wine orders must be received by someone 18 years or older with valid identification.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Issues
