Paserene Bright 2022 is an elegant and complex Chardonnay that captures the vibrant energy of the Western Cape. Grown in deep sandy soils, this wine offers a refined balance of ripe stone fruit, citrus zest, mineral freshness, and delicate oak integration.

On the palate, it is layered and expressive, with bright peach and citrus notes supported by a soft, luxurious mouthfeel. A crisp, lingering finish brings freshness and elegance to every sip.
Aromatics

Ripe yellow peach, citrus zest, subtle sea spray, chalky minerality, delicate vanilla, and gentle spice.

The aromatics are generous yet refined, showing a beautiful balance between ripe fruit, mineral freshness, and elegant oak character.
Winemaking

The grapes were gently pressed before undergoing natural fermentation in oak barrels.

The wine was stirred weekly to build texture, depth, and complexity. A portion of the wine, 10%, was aged in new oak barrels to add structure and richness, while the remaining 90% matured in neutral oak to preserve purity of fruit and freshness.

The result is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with elegance, depth, and a crisp, expressive finish.
